9th gup White belt to 4th gup Blue Belt- 3 month progression between levels

4tgh gup Blue Belt and 2nd grade red belt four month progressions

2thd grade red belt to 1st degree black belt six month progression

Our goal is to teach you effective self-defense as well as leadership skills, there may be exceptions to the above time frames as the instructor sees appropriate according to skill level and attitudes displayed in class.

Performance Stripe

Performance stripes are awarded between testing on achievement basis. This gives the student an easy way to prepare for an official promotion of rank. These stripes DO NOT have to be achieved in a specific order.

   1. Red stripe for performing their pattern.

   2. Blue stripe for the performance of their self-defense requirements (for junior students this strip also requires and Intent to Promote sheet handed in and signed agree from parents and school teachers).

   3. Green stripe for the correct performance of the techniques required at their level.

   4. Yellow stripe for the verbal knowledge require at their level.

Class Cancellations:
Classes are canceled on all major holidays and occasionally on the eve of a major holiday. In the event of bad weather please call your instructor or listen to your local radio station
